Annapurna Lunch service is available from Monday through Friday..
Everyday there are 3 choices available.
- Vegetable gravy containing Lentils, seasonal vegetables with blend of spices, served with rice, salad and homemade yogurt
- Vegetable dish containing Lentils, seasonal vegetables with blend of spices, served with chapati (flat bread made of wheat), salad and homemade yogurt
- Salad with seasonal vegetables and sprouts/nuts/cooked beans
We provide a balanced healthy meal. We only use whole grains, and whole spices to create our spice blend. We use a mix of fresh & frozen vegetables in our cooking. Lentils/beans/bean sprouts/nuts/tofu/paneer are a great source of protein. Rice/Chapati provide your carbohydrates & your salad will provide daily nutrients and essential fiber. Probiotics from yogurt are a great way to keep your gut healthy. Our intention is to provide food that nourishes your body and keeps you healthy.

Our chef Madhulatha is a software engineer turned wellness entrepreneur, and founder of Annapurna. This holistic wellness brand blends the timeless principles of Ayurvedic teachings with the convenience of modern-day meal prep.
Madhulatha was raised with a deep love for culinary arts, inspired by the time spent in her grandmother’s kitchen. It is here, through her childhood in rural Karnataka, that Madhulatha’s culinary journey began, and where she learned to make every dish with love, nourishment, and balance in mind. She has gotten the "Food Handler's Certificate".
Annapurna’s mission is to make holistic eating simple, joyful, and sustainable. Each dish is carefully designed, using seasonal ingredients that restore harmony to the body’s natural rhythms.
